Super friendly office team and very very handy maintenance crew! We had a bird building a nest in our chimney and it pecked ... a hole into our ceiling! During our stay with On the Green Apartments there's been friendly service, a kind atmosphere and smiling neighbors. The ... community as a whole are great people. We've had a few expected pieces of equipment that needed repair, all of which were either repaired or replaced promptly. The maintenance team is always respectful and kind. It's been a good experience for us with their quick and efficient service calls. Last week I had an issue with my microwave and placed a request for maintenance. Paint color choices
Good morning! I've been walking by the buildings painted with the new color options & if it bears any weight I'd like to ... leave my feedback. I'm most impressed by the bright green wall color vs the olive drab wall color & the maroon color option on the rails vs black. The olive/black reeeeealy looks military and feels depressing. When I first saw pics of this place I was drawn to the cheerful color choices as well as style. It has a great Tuscan look and that in itself drew me to checking out the apts on the inside. When I look at the olive/black combo it looks a little too prison-y ... not an uplifting color combo at all. Great place to live
My wife and I have lived here for a little over 5 months now. So far I have no complaints at all. We have had a couple of ... maintenance issues (our garbage disposal quit, and our fridge seemed to be on the fritz) but as soon as I put in a work order both were taken care of right away. The yard is cared for well and the residents do their part to clean up after their pets. The apartment is a great size and very functional and you can't beat the price. I wish it had more things in walking distance, but your right across the street from and HEB and Walmart and other bigger stores and restaurants. There is also a park right across the street with more walking and biking trails than I have been able to use in 5 months. Overall a great place to live. So glad we moved here!
Kim has been really helpful with our application and move-in process, and the maintenance workers have been quick to respond ... to a few issues with the apartment at the time of move in. The residences here are kind,respectful, and quiet, and the property has been well-maintained. We've only been here a couple weeks, but I must say this is the BEST rental situation I have encountered (and I have lived in 6 different rental properties)!
