Clean out your closet for a good cause! ^PropertyName^ have partnered with IREM Austin to host a Denim Drive benefiting Mobile Loaves and Fishes.
From Monday, June 15th – Friday, June 26th, 2015, drop off your old or unused denim jeans to the collection box located inside our leasing office.
Many of us have blue jeans in the closet we have not worn in years. Please take this opportunity to improve the daily lives of Austin’s homeless population with a simple pair of blue jeans.
Mobile Loaves & Fishes provides food & clothing and promotes dignity to Austin's homeless brothers and sisters in need. More information about the organization can be found on their website, mlf.org.

On June 5, 2015, On the Green Apartments was named 2015 Austin Apartment Association's Property of the Year: Emerald Category (50-299 units) at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Austin Hotel.
Austin Apartment Association's Annual Property of the Year award is given to 10 multi-family rental housing throughout the Greater Austin. All properties considered for the 2015 Property of the Year awards were evaulated on three categories: staff and staff designations, physical/visual inspection and a blind shop of the property. Judges for the staff and physical inspection categories were all members of the Austin Apartment Association. The blind shop was performed by an independent entity. source

We are proud to announce On the Green Apartments has been nominated as a finalist for Austin Apartment Association's 2015 Property of the Year Awards in the Emerald Category (Properties built between 2000-2013 with 50-299 units)! Finalists were determined by blind shops by an independant shopper. The winner properties will be announced at their annual Property of the Year Awards held at the Hyatt Regency Austin in June.
